Research Interests

- Development and validation of analytical methodologies regarding both preparation (extraction and clean-up) and equipment

- HRGC-LRMS and HRGC-HRMS, HPLC-MS/MS and LC-HRMS techniques

- Determination of organic micro-pollutants, tracers and biomarkers, with particular regard to compounds derived from biomass combustion in matrices such as sediments, aerosols, deposits, micro-layers, water, snow, ice, plants, and biota.
